What I Wore in Asheville

What to wear in the summer in Asheville? Well since I was on a bachelorette, I had the luxury of planning my outfits according to a theme. If you’ve been on a bachelorette party, you know the drill. This one was heavily influenced by the Jonas Brothers (shoutout Nick). If you are looking for what to do in Asheville, you can jump over to my best things to do in Asheville post. But let’s get into what I wore and where it’s from and hopefully this gives you some ideas for your trip!

Something Blue Night

First night’s theme was something old, something new, something borrowed, (you guessed it) something blue. Baby blue is such a popular spring color right now but I knew we were in the south and we would be in a cabin in the woods, so my thoughts automatically went denim! I’ve been wanting a denim dress/romper for awhile plus I wanted something I could dress up or dress down with sneakers. It should go without saying that I am a firm believer in outfit repeating!!

Burnin’ Up at the Biltmore

Day 2 was embracing the Jo Bro’s with a burnin’ up theme (Nick even made an appearance). This meant we could wear yellow, orange, red, or pink. I already knew I wanted to go with pink or orange, they are my favorite colors to wear with my hair and skin tone. Knowing your color palette is key! We were going to the Biltmore this day (which felt fancy) and would be doing a lot of walking so I wanted to be comfortable, yet elevated.

The pink option is sold out but I linked the top anyways.

Lounge and Travel

Big thanks to Covid for making loungewear so comfy and cute these days! I didn’t take any pics in what I brought to lounge around the cabin in or travel to the airport. But I do like to be comfortable and cute (you never know who you could meet at the airport) so I just added what I actually did wear.
